Meet our Fido Freedom Team!

Anne - Owner/Operator

Anne is a Ladner local with a background in Small Business Management and an enthusiastic passion for dogs. Fido Freedom was founded by Amber Cottle in 2007 and has since been valued part of the Delta community. Anne is proud to uphold Amber's legacy with honesty, integrity and respect for our four legged friends. Not too far behind Anne or her husband you will find their two smiling pit bulls, Ghost and Saint. Both dogs are happily enjoying being older siblings to Anne and Adam's baby boy.

Breanne - Manager

Breanne is an avid lover of animals. She started working with dogs in 2013 and quickly realized she'd found her calling. In the Fall of 2016, after a successful three years braving the Vancouver weather as a dog walker, Breanne came to work with us at Fido Freedom. We've been blessed to enjoy her charismatic attitude ever since.

Breanne has two dogs Pugsley, a pug (you may catch the Adams Family reference) and Ben, a black lab.

Mitsue - Daycare Attendant / Dog Trainer

  • Certified in Dog Behaviour and Training - Level 1 with The International Academy of Canine Trainers

  • Certified in Pet First Aid

Mitsue came to Canada in 1999 with her husband where she originally began work as a Japanese teacher. Deciding to pursue her love of dogs, Mitsue volunteered with the SPCA for five years before eventually becoming a certified dog trainer in 2011. She has been assisting dog rescues, teaching puppy classes alongside Amber Cottle and working in the Fido Freedom daycare ever since. Mitsue's big heart and vast knowledge are among many of the reasons we are lucky to have her.

Mitsue has a large breed rescue dog, his name is Midas. The Midas Touch.

Dasha - Daycare Attendant

  • Dog Training Apprentice

Dasha and her husband have two rescue dogs, Dobby and Voodoo. Their four legged family members also include a cat and 5 pet rats. As a family, they open their home to foster dogs from a local rescue.

In addition to fostering, Dasha has been an active volunteer in dog rescue for the last five years and through this she has found that what she truly loves to do is work with animals. She is currently in her second year apprenticing as a dog trainer and if that doesn't keep her busy enough, you'll often find her out dog walking.

Dasha really is the ultimate animal lover and we are so happy she found a home at Fido!
